United KingdomEasy website and quick delivery. Very small sizing, my Grandson is small and is aged 3 nearly 4. Sometimes buy clothes 1 1/2 - 2 years or aged 3. Brought aged 3-4 thinking plenty of room and will last but really disappointed, probably use once as really, really smal. If it wasn't I needed them straight away for a themed Pirate weekend would have definitely sent them back. Disappointing sizing! I know you say should be snug fit for fire hazard but your age 3-4 is ridiculously small, fit was more like 1 1/2 - 2 years.
